~Taco Ring (made w/ 4 ingredients)~

Been making this recipe now for 10 years! It never gets old for us. My niece, Earlene, wanted the recipe and I thought I would share it with her and anyone else that would like it. So here goes:

TACO RING
375 degrees
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 12-15 minutes
Feeds: 6-8 people

  • Preheat Oven 375
  • 2 lbs. ground beef - Cooked and drained
  • 16 oz Shredded Cheese
  • 1 pkg Taco Seasoning

  • Empty Shredded Cheese and Taco Seasoning in bowl and mix together well. Than pour your cooked meat in and mix well again.

  • 2 cans Crescent Rolls
  • Nonstick Cookie Sheet

  • Unfold your Crescent Rolls and place around your Nonstick Cookie Sheet with points hanging off the sides of the pan. Overlap each crescent roll on the big ends a little bit. When that's done it will look like an oval sun. *Ü* Use an ice cream scoop or big spoon and fill in your 'sun' with meat/cheese/taco seasoning mixture. After you evenly fill in your sun, fold up sides of crescent rolls and tuck under. It will look like a big oval circle when done.

  • Cook in 375 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. Your just lightly browning the crescent rolls.

  • Toppings you might like to have on the table: Lettuce, Refried Beans, Tomatoes, Sour Cream, Black Olives, Green Onions, Jalapenos, Taco Sauce, Salsa, Extra Cheese or anything else that you would like to put on it!
Viola - An awesome and fast meal called: Taco Ring!
