In honor of my daughter turning 13!

Where do I begin?  Well, I suppose at the beginning!

  When Gracie was born, she wasn't allows a pleasant baby.  The teen group from Bethel Baptist would agree with me. ;) She wasn't happy unless she was the focal point of attention and when she wasn't, she'd cry, which was mostly all the time. Especially when trying to counsel the teenage girls.   I'm sooo very thankful we moved past that stage of life! She was one of the most adorable little girls though!!!

  My girl has always been the adventurous type. She even had a hairline fracture in her elbow when she was two, by jumping from the recliner to the couch. Although, her older brother, Trey, did start the "so-called" fun. They were also in cahoots together in throwing all their toys out the window, but that's another story for another time.  She has grown from Spoiled/Crying all the time, Short Hair with Piggy Tails, Bangs, Missed-Matched Clothes and Buck Teeth TO Laughing/Loving God and People, Straight Long Sleeky Hair with it "Parted On The Side", No bangs, Fashionable Clothes and No Overbite.

  We moved Indianapolis on March 1, 2006. Gracie was getting ready to turn 4 on April 14, 2006. God has given her so many talents and I'm so excited to see how her journey continues to unfold in the years to come. Gracie doesn't know a stranger . She loves to introduce herself to everyone because she loves to have friends. It doesn't matter how old or young you are, she wants you as her friend. As Mike always tells her every single night, "You are a special, Girl." Gracie's reply, "I am and you're a special, Daddy."

  Pastor's Daughter, Fashion Designer and Violinist in the making, Pen Pal, Climber (doesn't matter what it is), Goof Ball, Has Crazy Memorization Skills, Faithful Sister and Best Friend, Loving and Caring Daughter, Homemaker in the making, Prayer Warrior, Loves Jesus, her Saviour, with all her heart and soul. These are the qualities I LOVE about my girl!

  13 years ago seems so long ago, yet, when looking back, doesn't seem so long after all. I have so many pictures, but I'm only showing 15 of her. I hope you enjoy watching her grow into a beautiful young lady in 15 short pictures ages 0-13, as much as we have enjoyed living 13 precious years with this sweet girl.
